The ultrasound today revealed that everything is doing just fine. Our baby boy is growing at a fantastic rate. Based on the measurements taken during the ultrasound, baby boy is 6lbs 11oz which is about 2 weeks ahead. Doc said that doesn't mean he will come early.......basically sounds like another big baby :-)
During the ultrasound, baby was practicing breathing and my doctor said that babies don't do that unless they are really happy and are feeling good! She said it's a good day for him then today!
She was also very surprised when I told her that I notice more when the baby isn't moving than when he is because he's moving allllllll the time! :-)
We have a couple of concerns, my cronic heart irrhythmia has been acting up and last weekend (after the 4th) I had a couple of scary moments were it seemed I might black out. Luckily, I we were at the cabin with my parents and they were able to help Walter and I. I think it was mainly due to a lack of sleep (which my parents were wonderful to make sure I was able to take naps with the kiddos and get enough sleep at night!) Doc said if it happens, Walter, or whoever, is supposed to take me to the ER to make sure nothing more severe is happening.
Getting more and more excited daily to meet our new family member......just gotta nail down a name for the little guy :-)
